1. Nature of Services: All poojas, havans, kathas, anushthans, jaaps, and spiritual rituals are performed strictly according to Vedic/Hindu traditions and scriptures as per the knowledge and sampradaya followed by the pandit/organization.

 

2. Purpose of Pooja: The poojas and spiritual services are performed for religious, devotional, and spiritual purposes only. Results may vary depending upon individual faith, karma, devotion, and divine blessings.

 

3. Individual & Group Poojas: The pooja charges mentioned on the website are applicable for individual poojas only.

Group poojas, samuhik poojas, special events, temple ceremonies, and large-scale rituals are conducted separately and charged differently.

 

4. Advance Booking: All poojas are subject to prior booking and availability of muhurat, pandit, and required arrangements.

100% Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

 

5. Muhurat & Timing: Pooja timing and muhurat are decided based on Vedic calculations, availability, and practical feasibility. In certain circumstances, timings may be adjusted.

 

6. Dakshina & Charges:  

A. All general poojas are normally performed at our designated location and include:

• Pooja venue

• 1 Pandit Ji + Assistant

• Standard pooja samagri

(unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the package or quotation.)

 B. Courier charges, including prashad delivery charges, are not included and shall be charged separately wherever applicable.

 

 C. Additional charges shall apply if:

• The pooja is to be performed at the devotee’s preferred location

• Additional Pandit Jis are required

• Special pooja samagri or temple arrangements are needed

• Travel, accommodation, or any special arrangements are involved

 

 D. For international devotees/customers: (Chanrges Shall be borne by the customer)

• Currency conversion charges

• International transaction fees

• Prashad courier/shipping charges

 

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Once the pooja materials, arrangements, or bookings are initiated, cancellation charges may apply.

No refund shall be applicable for:

• Completed poojas

• Last-minute cancellations

• Non-attendance by the devotee

• Delay due to unavoidable circumstances

• Refunds, if applicable, shall be at the sole discretion of the management.

 

8. Online Pooja Services: For online/virtual poojas:

• Devotees must ensure proper internet connectivity.

• Recording (chargeable) or live streaming quality may vary.

• Technical interruptions beyond our control shall not create refund liability.

 

9. Devotee Responsibility: The devotee/customer must provide correct:

• Name

• Gotra (if applicable)

• Nakshatra/Rashi details

• Sankalp information

• Delivery/contact details

(Incorrect information may affect the pooja sankalp process.)

 

10. Religious Respect: All devotees are expected to maintain proper respect, discipline, and decorum during pooja ceremonies and spiritual events.

 

11. No Medical or Legal Guarantee: Spiritual rituals are matters of faith and tradition.

We do not guarantee:

• Medical cure

• Financial gain

• Legal success

• Marriage settlement

• Specific personal outcomes

(Devotees are advised to use their own discretion and practical judgment.)

 

12. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service in case of:

• Misconduct

• Abuse

• Illegal requests

• Activities against religious ethics or law

 

13. Use of Photos & Media: Photos/videos of public or group poojas/events may occasionally be used for spiritual or promotional purposes unless specifically prohibited by the devotee in writing.

 

14. Changes in Terms: The organization reserves the right to modify service details, pricing, rituals, or terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

15. Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.​​
